SAVING ENERGY AND BUILDING GREEN
Worried about the planet, or maybe just your wallet? The Nolalu Eco Centre
is offering a practical introduction on energy conservation tips and
basic "Green Building" ideas and techniques.
The lively presentation will take you through the Eco Centre's building,
showing what they did to cut energy costs back by about 90% - without
sacrificing any of the comforts we have grown so used to.
Hear also about solar and wind energy, building with straw bales and passive
solar design. The future is looking solar-sunny!
