Workshops:

The Eco Centre’s first workshop took place on August 26, and sold out quickly. The participants got a hands-on course on installing and hooking up the Centre’s battery bank, power board and solar panels. At the end of the day the main switch was thrown, and we all witnessed the Centre receiving its very first solar power!

Workshops Summer and Fall, 2007

Workshop fees include taxes as well as all required materials and tools; some workshops call for you to bring specific items which are indicated in the workshop description.
Please note: some workshops have the “Audit option” indicated: you can sit in and listen without participating in the hands-on elements or direct contact with the workshop co-ordinator. Think of it as a “fly on the wall” approach. All refreshments and meals are still included.
Those who wish to sing up for more than 1 workshop can arrange a special discount. Please contact us for more information.
All workshops include coffee, tea, juice, snacks and a lunch. Dinners are included where applicable.
Vegetarian options are always available, please notify us a week in advance.
